free yogaThis Labor Day, Monday September 5, 2016, participating studios across the Austin area will be offering free yoga classes all day! If you’ve never tried yoga before, now is your chance. Come experience yoga for the very first time, free! If you are already a yoga fan, come experience a new style of yoga, visit a new studio (or several), take a class from a new instructor, and bring your friends and family! The free Kick-Off Class will take place at 7AM Monday, downtown at Whole Foods Market. There will be free snack bars, prizes, and more!
